multifaceted, personalized intervention can significantly improve
the quality of life for caregivers of people with dementia.

RFP for Caregiving Coalitions-Proposals due by January 12,

The National Alliance for Caregiving have received
two grants from the Retirement Research Foundation and the Jacob and
Valeria Langeloth Foundation to work with 20 caregiving coalitions
throughout the U.S.

Caregiver Summit in May, 2007
Plans are being
made for another Caregiver Summit, similar to the one held in May of
this year and coordinated by the Onondaga County Department of Aging
& Youth.
A survey will be sent in early January to ascertain topics and
good dates for attendees.
