Joseph Cybulski, President

Joseph Cybulski was elected President of the New York State Association of Area Agencies on Aging at the Association's Annual Meeting in November, 2007. His term began on January 1, 2008. 

Joe is Commissioner of the Rensselaer County Unified Family Services Department. He previously served as Vice President of the Association for four and a half years.
