
President Crystal Carter
Crystal Carter was elected President of the New York State
Association of Area Agencies on Aging at the Association's Annual
Meeting in November, 2009. Her term began on January 1, 2010. She
was re-elected for a second term, which will begin on January 1,
2012.
Since 2002, Crystal has served as the Director of the Clinton County
Office for the Aging. She has an Associates in Arts in liberal arts
Humanities and Social Science from Clinton Community College and a
BS degree in Business from Plattsburgh State University of New York
School of Business with a minor in accounting, and a Masters in
Liberal Studies – minor in counseling, human resource, and
gerontology. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Lifelong
Adult Faith Formation (PCLAFF).
