for a Unique Population

As a result of the Needs Assessment Survey conducted in December 2003, four (4) Regional Aging Caregiver Forums were held the week of March 22, 2004:

Monday, March 22 -Central NY (Syracuse, Sheraton University Hotel)

Tuesday, March 23 - Western NY (Rochester, Hyatt Hotel)

Wednesday, March 24 - Capital Region (Albany, The Crossing)

Thursday, March 25 - Lower  Hudson Valley (Rockland County, Garnerville)
